Your plan includes unlimited call outs for the duration of your subscription.
I we deem the appliance uneconomical to repair or the required part is no longer available then we will refund you every month’s subscription up to a maximum of £120 or 12 months. You can put that money towards buying a replacement.
Your membership is monthly, paid in advance and will auto-renew every month until you cancel.
You can apply for our Fixed Price Repair & Care Plan to have the appliance fixed now and covered by the monthly membership going forward.

You can cancel your membership at any time.
We aim to have your appliance back to full health within 7 days.
Occasionally parts may be delayed by being a special order or out of stock at the supplier. We’ll endeavour to have your appliance fixed as soon as possible but if it’s taking too long you can cancel at any time and receive a refund as per the T&C’s.
We will never ask you to pay more than agreed to at the start so you’re never going to have an unexpected bill during membership.
No. We only repair appliances but we can help you source a new one if required.
